Craig Underwood is the President of BLX, a financial consulting and S.E.C. registered investment advisory firm. As BLX's President, Mr. Underwood is responsible for the overall management of and strategic planning at the firm. In addition to his management responsibilities, he is actively involved in all of BLX's practice areas with a strong emphasis on BLX's swap advisory and investment product practices. During his 17-year career in public finance, he has worked with hundreds of issuers in various investment, debt, derivative, and tax advisory roles.

Mr. Underwood is a co-author of the California Debt and Investment Commission's Debt Issuance Primer and BLX's "Interest Rate Swaps: Application to Tax-Exempt Financing". He is a graduate of Princeton University, where he received a BA in Politics and is a registered investment advisor representative, holding an FINRA Series 65 license.
