Joanne Thorndike is Managing Director of the Bond Logistix Boston office, bringing more than 10 years of experience to the firm. Her responsibilities include business development in New England as well as providing financial advisory services to BLX clients focusing on credit analysis, debt capacity evaluation and development of financing structures and strategies. Ms. Thorndike has structured over $1 billion in short and long term debt for New England tax-exempt issuers and has acted as financial advisor to the States of Vermont, Rhode Island, and various Massachusetts cities and towns. Her specialties include working with troubled credits to access the debt markets.

Ms. Thorndike is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate from Colby College holding a BA in Economics and a MBA from the FW Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.
