Mark Perry is a Managing Director of the BLX Boston office, bringing more than 30 years of experience to the firm. Prior to joining BLX, Mr. Perry was a founding Partner of Burke, Perry & Thorndike LLC. His expertise in municipal bond underwriting and trading is focused on BLX's bond pricing and evaluation services as well as the financial advisory practice for government entities and non-profit institutions. Mr. Perry's activities include business development and client service for the firm’s pre and post debt issuance services.

Mr. Perry's earlier career began at Fidelity Investments Institutional Sales Group followed as a Senior Vice President and Regional Manager at Fleet Securities (now part of Bank of America) responsible for tax-exempt bond underwriting, pricing, trading and sales throughout New England. Mr. Perry has worked extensively with tax-exempt issuers to coordinate their access to the capital markets.

Mr. Perry is the past President of The Municipal Bond Club of Boston and holds a BA from Bowdoin College.
