Jeff Higgins serves as Managing Director at the Los Angeles office of Bond Logistix. His expertise in financial products, federal tax law, strong analytical skills, and broad finance background has been focused on Bond Logistix's largest and most sophisticated issuers with particular emphasis on the development of Bond Logistix's Financial Advisory practice.

Mr. Higgins began his career with Bond Logistix's predecessor organization FSG, where he started in 1993, primarily focused on preparing arbitrage rebate compliance analyses. In 1996, Mr. Higgins responsibilities incorporated working with some of the nations largest and most sophisticated issuers. He also developed product and procedural specifications for Bond Logistix's Municipal Continuing Disclosure Practice and currently heads such practice area. Since 2002 Mr. Higgins efforts have been primarily focused on the marketing and execution of numerous pre-issuance and post-issuance advisory services including financial advisory, investment advisory, verification agent services, structured product and escrow bidding agent services, arbitrage rebate, municipal continuing disclosure and much more.

Mr. Higgins is a graduate of Arizona State University where he received a BS in Finance, and he is a registered investment advisor representative, holding an NASD Series 65 license.
