Tom Fox is a Managing Director of the San Francisco office of BLX responsible for overseeing operations as well as leading BLX business development efforts in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. Mr. Fox focuses on education and addressing the needs of our clients, and is a frequent lecturer on such topics as investment strategies and arbitrage rebate compliance.
Upon joining our Los Angeles office in 1995, Mr. Fox quickly became one of the group's most productive analysts. After moving on to establish the San Francisco office in 1997, Mr. Fox led the growth of BLX's nationwide Housing practice, earning BLX national recognition for its experience and expertise. Nowhere else will you find more expertise in the areas of the universal cap provisions, revenue fund allocation, and loan yield restriction as they relate to housing bonds.
Mr. Fox has an additional focus on nonprofits, schools, and hospitals, and is sensitive to the unique challenges and opportunities such organizations present.
Mr. Fox is a magna cum laude graduate of Harvard University with a BA in Linguistics and is a registered investment advisor representative, holding an NASD Series 65 license.
