Nicole Assa is a Managing Director of the Bond Logistix New York office with responsibility for Bond Logistix's Program Administration Services practice, which includes monitoring and reporting services for tobacco settlement asset-backed bonds. Ms. Assa is involved in new consultant training, report review and quality control, as well as performing complex arbitrage rebate analyses and cash flow and yield verification reports. Ms. Assa also serves as project manager for several of Bond Logistix's largest clients.

Ms. Assa joined FSG in Los Angeles in 1995, then transferred to the New York office. She is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business with a BS in Finance and Real Estate, and hold an MBA from Columbia Business School. She is a member of the Government Finance Officers Association and the Urban Land Institute, and is a registered investment advisor representative, holding an NASD Series 65 license.
