BLX Group LLC opens Phoenix office; Hires sales veteran Robin Schlimgen to head up business development in Southwest United States

PHOENIX- FEBRUARY 28, 2007 - BLX Group LLC an SEC-registered investment advisory firm that provides financial, investment and regulatory compliance services to state and local governments and non profits announced today that it has expanded its presence in the Southwest with the opening of a BLX now has seven offices across the country.

Robin Schlimgen, a 15 year veteran of the arbitrage rebate services group at Ernst and Young where she served as Senior Manager, will head the new Phoenix office.
